In the previous post, Elena told you about Kibber´s creation, it’s 15 members, and our dreams. Everything was very beautiful. But, as I am used to, I have to speak about the not so positive side of the team.
In barely three months the course ends and the evaluation comes. For that day, Kibber should have 600 book points, 750 customer visits, 22500€ of profits and 37500€ of invoicing.
As in the first evaluation, it seems that in books and visits we are not so bad. That doesn’t mean that we can relax but we are working well on it. Nevertheless, we have to “put the batteries on” to get the rest of the goals. Most of us, ego sum primum, don’t reach the tenth. Kibber is poor.
I don’t want that what I’m writing discourage anyone, but the opposite. I want all of us to realise de situation and seek for solutions.
As Napoleon said; “battles are not won with good wishes”. As I said before, we still have three months; three months to work hard and as a team, three months to approach to our dreams, three months to do milky projects, three months to reach our goals and why not, overcame them.
It’s time to put Kibber on fire.
